Returns & Exchanges Instructions:
Returned
items must be received back within 7 days of your shipment receipt date.
They must be unused and in original packaging. Certain item are not
returnable (see below). Restocking fees may be applied, but are usually not applied.
If
we made a mistake on your order, we apologize and will fix it for you.
Since we spend lots of time carefully checking your order this is very
rare.
If there’s an issue with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back.
Please
follow all the steps below if you need to return or exchange something.
You do not need a return authorization number unless your return is over
$100.00. If your return is greater than $100.00 please call for
assistance. All returns/exchanges are for the purposes of correction and
no other reasons are acceptable. For your special needs please call. If
you need money refunded you will have to include the credit card number
and expiration date of the same card you used for the original
transaction. Be sure to include a printed copy of your original invoice
in your return box. This can be printed by logging on to your ACE
Account. Include a copy of any paper work you received on your original
order. Additionally, include full explanation so that your return can be
handled without delay. Carefully pack your return so it does not get
damaged. Returned items must be received back within 7 days of your
shipment receipt date. Returns are for the purpose of correction of a mistake. Bikes, bike kits, wheels
and frames and certain high cost products/brands are not returnable due to high costs of shipping and risk of damage.
Ship
your returns/exchanges via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not
accept CODs or refused packages). Sorry, we can not refund your return shipping costs. We do
however pay the shipping back to you on exchanges which most mail orders
do not do for you. Merchandise returned that appears used
or poorly packaged will not be refunded. (Labor fees are not
refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
